Wishful Thinking - Eyeshadow Fairy Topper Violet Gold Red Sparkle

Wishful thinking has a violet base that is loaded with gold and red sparkles.

This is a new type of shimmer formula that I am trying out and I am calling them Fairy Toppers.  These are formulated with pure sparkle pigments with some added iron oxides to give them a base tone. The base is softer and lighter, making these very versatile for a topper, or foiled/layered for a more intense look. I recommend applying these with your finger, or a stiff brush.
