Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If you receive a broken eye shadow/highlighter please contact me ASAP at so that I can resolve the problem! I make sure to pack my products with extra care and bubble wrap to the greatest extent to prevent this from happening.

Due to the nature of cosmetics we cannot accept exchanges for any products you have received.
