Blue Dream - Highlighter Blue

Blue dream is a vibrant light blue highlighter with strong hues of indigo sparkles, giving it an extreme eye-catching blue glow. A cousin of Aurora Borealis, minus the violet hues. This highlighter is extremely bendable without leaving any blue streaks, but tons of shine. Each pan is magnetic and comes in 36mm size. This is a pressed product, making it easy to apply with your favorite brush or even your finger.
